Default Bushwacker vs rugged ridge flares

What's the difference in bushwacker fender flares and rugged ridge fender flares? Is it just name brands or are they completely different than one another?

from what I can tell, the RR are similar to cutting stock fenders. The bushwackers are truly flat (slightly more tire clearance). The bushwackers also have a slightly thicker appearance. Makes them seem more solid. The bushwackers also don't flap around in the wind.

They are more expensive though...

Infinity is correct. I'd def go with the Bushwackers even though they are more expensive.

if you are even considering the RR, just cut your stock flares and save the $$. I like my BW, much sturdier than the RR but they are not cheap for plastic flares.

RR flares are brittle and will crack, not flex.

I don't think the RR flares have turn signals either

I have to agree, if your considering RR flares, just cut yours and save the $. I like the RR, but they are brittle from what i heard and for around 250 bones, you can do the same thing yourself to the stockers.

If you want a good set of flats that aren't steel, go BW. They look great and alot of guys like them. Another option is the Xenon but i heard they warp in the sun over time. I've also heard the BW take some finess and wrestling to get them on but once on they look great.

I'd like to go with a set of PSC steel fenders or the BW if price is my deciding factor.
