Complete lift vs regear
What would you do. I dont like the way my JKU bounces around. I have OME shocks with TF 2.5 coils in front and 2.5 spacers in the rear. I am contemplating getting the OME 619/618 coils, rock krawler front LCAs and adjustable track bar. I found a shop that will buy these parts, put them on, and re gear to 4.88s for <1500. They are reputable and were recommended by my dealer. OR, I can get a mid arm lift (such as rock krawler, full traction, or maybe AEV) put on for about the same. Complete lift or frankenlift and regear?
I guess it depends on what tires you wanna run and what gears you have already. If you have 4.10s you might be ok with 35s. Although maybe not with the auto trans. I'd do the lift first. That's what I'm doing.
Hard to say without first knowing what gears you are running now. That first price you quoted is very good, IMO. I paid around that just for regearing. Just FYI, I consider the money I spent on regearing the best money I have ever spent on the Jeep. But then, I had the 3.21s stock

Regearing isn't going to smooth out the ride on the street and ANY lift isn't gonna help you with power.
As for power with KM2 35's, I have 5:38's, CAI plus 87\ tow tune and I feel like I still want a V8.
As for a lift, softer springs will help with street ride but not help you off-road. You might consider spending some money on better shocks that have the ability to adjust the valving (compression\rebound) to suit your needs. Also, lowering your tire pressure might help with the ride but reduce your MPG.
