Can I run this setup without problems ? If not, what is the easy/inexpensive correction?

You may rub the front bumper and frame rail at full lock when turning. You really won't need a leveling kit unless you disconnect your front swaybar.

For the price of those tires in 18", you might save some money [at least down the road] by getting a set of aftermarket 16" wheels with a 285/75/16 tire or 17" wheels with 285/70/17 tire. More are available in 16/17 and are cheaper.

would spacers take care of the rub at full lock?

Wheel spacers will do the trick if you're using stock rims, or have at least 4.5 backspacing on aftermarket rims. You wont rub on the street but once you start flexing you may rub your fenders

I have this exact setup, but I have installed a body lift and as for rubbing while turning, I just added 2 washers per side on the steer stops and trim the air dam a little.

I don't think spacers will help. When I had my 285/70/17 Duratracs, I had them on ProComp 17x9 wheels with 4.5" back spacing, and they rubbed at full lock.
