Default RK Tierod Ends??

I picked up a RK Tierod someone had laying around. I ordered Moog 3624 ends but they are to too big for the RK. I asked the guy I got it from and he thinks he ordered it in 09.

Did RK change the design any? Not sure what ends to get now.

Some searching looks like 1st gen TR requires TREs that are not available anymore. Going to call RK to see. Anyone have the 1st gen TR?

Yeah ES3624 is the correct ones, not sure what changed on them? I thought they always have used the stock Pitman arm TRE.

Weird that they would have changed ends
I installed the my RK tie rod with the same moog ends a couple months ago with no issue. The guys at RK are really awesome, I'm sure they'll be able to help ya figure it out.

I think I have the first gen Tie rod based on the weight. I've had it for about a year. However the rubber on the Tie rod ends has cracked all the way through and is now disintegrating. how long should these tie rod ends hold up?

If they are greasable, they should last awhile. If not lifetime will vary but if its always covered in mud then not very long.

Moog ES194 R's would be the part number you need for the first gen tie rod...

any thoughts on why the rubber would have split so fast? they have no fittings. Does anyone else run this setup and have you checked the rubber?
