MBRP or DYNOMAX Cat back Exhaust
Ok guys, looking to do a cat back exhaust. Looking at both MBRP and DynoMax. Looking at the stainless steel versions. What is the difference with the two. DynoMax is claiming 13hp gain and MBRP is claiming 9hp gain. Which are people running? What are likes and dislikes of systems? Dynomax is a bit cheaper, but price is not really an issue. Looking for best performance and sound. Thanks everyone.
I am bias
but one thing that sets us apart from many others is our 90 day warranty.

90-Day Risk-Free Trial Offer
Try qualifying DynoMax® products* for 90 days. We guarantee you'll experience the DynoMax® performance difference! If, for any reason, the qualifying products* don't live up to your expectations within the first 90 days, replace the products and we will refund your original product's purchase price (which shall not exceed the manufacturer’s suggested retail price), plus labor (up to $50 per exhaust system). We're that confident you will be satisfied with DynoMax® performance products! For questions about this offer, please contact our customer service department at 734-384-7898.
*Offer limited to the purchase of DynoMax® Stainless Steel Cat-Back Systems and Ultra Flo™ SS Polished, Ultra Flo™ Welded, DynoMax® VT™ or Super Turbo™ performance muffler. This offer does not include products which have been modified, improperly applied or installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes. Valid only on vehicles used for private, non-commercial use and may be withdrawn at any time.
We see our gains on stock exhaust vs stock with Dynomax cat-back system(s) at a relatively low altitude. Remember bumpers, gearing, tire all weigh a lot.
We also have a handful of options as well.
I know you weren't overly concerned about the cost, but now until the end of the month we are doing our $75.00 rebate as well.

After doing a lot of reading for and seeing the quality of the ss used T304 vs T409 as well as the pricing and sound clips on youtube, I ordered a dual ss cat back from DynoMax. Additionally, it appears that the Dyno claim of 13hp and 12lbs tq is the best of any exhaust system. Now I don't know how true it holds, but I have 90 days to find out. Should be installed by next week. Cant wait. Will update.
I would try the Dynomax in a heartbeat if I didn't already have MBRP. I grew tired of how loud the MBRP is to be honest. On the trail it is great, as a daily driver it is annoying as hell.
The obvious problem with the Dynomax is the stock location and you will have to figure some kind of skid plate into the equation unless your JK is just a manivan.

Ok so I had the Dynomax dual SS catback installed today. So far I am liking it. The muffler is much smaller than stock and tucks up high. Also has a nice throaty sound, but not to obnoxious. Mechanic told me it installed like a glove with no fitment issues. Now to send my $75 rebate in.
DYNOMAX!!!! Can you please tell me how much this system is for a 07 2door!!!? I didn't see a price or a purchase button to find out on my own. Looks really good!

We don't sell direct, but I always suggest 4WD and Quadratec as a start as they support this board. Let me know if you have any more questions.
