Default Forged Aluminum Lug Nuts

Would these be safe to use?

I was thinking about running them with my Eagle 058's instead of my stock lug nuts, Thoughts?

I don't see how they would be as strong as the OEM lug nuts.
I would also be concerned galvanic corrosion between the aluminum and the steel studs would be a problem on the threads.

I doubt that they are DOT approved. If you used them and they fail, you would be exposed to some extreme liability. Your insurance would probably not help you in the lawsuits that would be sure to follow.
