Default Death wobble on Teraflex 2.5 coil lift

I have an 07 Jeep JK Sahara unlimited and installed the Teraflex 2.5 coil lift as well as a RC 1.25" body lift. I havn't gotten my tires on yet, still the stockers. I have experienced death wobble twice now in 1.5 weeks at 70mph after hitting a bumpy spot on the highway. When I installed I loosened one side of the flex arms to allow full drop to get the shocks in and one side of the front trackbar and then didn't tighten anything until it was back on the ground. Should I have loosened all sides?? Do i need to loosen both sides of the trackbar?? I'm assuming that nothing needs to be done on the back as it is a front end issue... am I right??
Thanks!!

yes it is a front end issue. I would start by loosening both track bar bolts and then re-torquing the track bar to 125-130 Ft. Lbs. test drive it to see what happens , but more than likely it is a lose trackbar bolt. also go back to all the bolts you loosened during install and check the torque on them

Do you have adjustable control arms? what is your caster set to, loosen both ends of the control arms if you have them, loosen both ends of track bar. while on the ground bounce it to get everything settled then tighten to spec using a torque wrench.

WOL has good info on project-jk site as well as the stickys at the top of this forum

Thanks for all the info everyone!! No I do not have adjustable control arms, not supposed to need them with this lift. After doing some reading I notice that I am getting that popping noise too coming from the front. I'm going to loosen everything I can in the front, do the shaky rock the boat thing, and tourque it all up. We'll see what that does!!

DW! I had it twice, both at speeds over 65 mph and with a lot of traffic around. Not the best situation.

Had the same problem with same lift with stock tires. It was so violent tires squealed and cars surrounding me moved away. I was scared of highways.

It went away after putting on 35's and re-torquing the 5th link to140 ft lbs

Tires must provide the right amount of dampening...
