Default Trim stock transmission skid plate

I'd like to see pics and what was used to trim the stock trans skid plate for front driveshaft.

I'd like to get the most use of what I have before spending more $$$ to buy more stuff... or better yet, sepnding those $$$ on other goodies!

Also trying to get the most life out of the stock driveshaft before switching it out.

7 1/2in Craftsman grinder. That skid is Thick, cut-off tool went through a couple wheels pretty quick and i got impatient. So, I just ground it all down.

Do take the skid off when you do this. I propped mine under a couple blocks of wood and stood on it. Let your grinder cool down for after grinding awhile or you'll burn it up.
