Does the XHD hoop over-rider have light tabs? I can't find anything on their site about it.

No light tabs just get that welder fired up. When I welded mine I didn't burn through but the tubing they use is kinda thin.

The HIDx lights are very deep and wouldn't work with the hoop angled back. I think with thinner lights you could angle back without a problem. I think the iron was 1.25". I remember it being an odd size.

Nice rig! Thanks all for the input. I am in the process of building a custom bumper and currently have a MBRP light hoop that I want to use to save money, but I was also looking for other options.

Hey BadPunkin, I noticed in one of your pics your not running the RR shackles. What brand are the shackle mounts you're using now? It's the third picture in post #4 in this thread.

I swapped out for the Purejeep shackle mounts. The XHD are not very user friendly. Having to break out hand tools for a recovery just seemed silly. Teraflex makes the same product as well. Call/PM Dave at Northridge. He gave me a deal on the Purejeep, because the teraflex were back ordered. I used the Purejeep shackles yesterday for a pull, took 1 minute to get setup. Wouldn't have been the case with the XHD shackles.

Thanks. That's why I asked. I'm not big on the RR shackles. I love EVO's mounts but they're too pricey. I'll check into the TF and PJ.
