Default Superior Evo Shafts

So I bent the flange on my stock rear shafts

Got Superior Evos and the same thing happened to the passenger side causing the brakes to squeak. I have wheeled it 2 times since and no hard drops or reasons for it to bend any. Anyone else have experience with this or with their warranty. I kept my stockers to use if I have to send them back.

Kind of bummed they did not last very long.

It sounds like you need to use the Superior EVO axels as your backups for a while and see if you bend one of the stock ones.

Can you explain to me how you found out that your flange/axle is bent? How did you go about testing it or visually see it????

You can see the wheel wobbling in the mirror on mine. My driver side rear axle is bent(stock), and this is the 5th person I've known bend a Superior Evo rear shaft. I don't know if I plan on upgrading my rear shafts, since the aftermarket ones bend too. Not sure on Superiors warranty.

If thats what you heard and I have been told to NOT go with "superior" stuff, I would look at G2 or some other alloy axle shaft. I was researchin axle shafts and thats when I got told to NOT go with "Superior" stuff, I was told to go with G2, but still readin and askin around about brands and reputations.

Mine is not noticable to the eye while driving. But I put the rear end on jackstands. Took off the wheels, had a friend put it in drive and let it turn and you can see the brake caliper move side to side. Thought maybe it was the rotors so I had them tested and they are fine. I put a seconds tool that measures how far it is out when it makes a full rotation.

if your're absolutely sure that you've really bent a chromoly shaft running 315's, i would give superior a call as they should warranty it. also, you might want to go a bit easier on the skinny pedal as you're bound to break a whole lot more stuff.
