Default VERY Stuck Ball Joint - Advice Please!

I have a stuck lower ball joint on my JK and I'm using a balljoint press kit and I KNOW I have it positioned correctly. I used plenty of PB Blaster prior too. I've broke TWO 1/2" Drive Craftsman wrenches, a 1/2" Torque Wrench and it won't move anymore. I have used a 18" Crescent wrench and a 3 foot cheater bar (the big cheater bar really helped break those ratchets btw ) and it still won't move any further. Even turning it while heating around the lower with a handheld propane torch it won't move.

Yes, it's stuck. The others came out easily without issue.

My question, if I broke out my Oxy/Acet cutting torch and carefully cut out the middle of the trashed, stuck ball joint would that help? Could this be done without ruining the C on my axle? VERY frustrated right now as you can imagine!

Thanks in advance!

After you heated it up, did you throw some water on it? The rapid change in temp might help break it free.

While u have pressure on the bj c clamp, hit it with a hammer to try and jar it loose.. hit and then try to tighten more.
U are sure u are pushing it the right way, and have the cups for the press situated right??

I've hit it with a sledge while it's under pressure, nothing, no movement at all.
I'm going to heat it while it's under a lot of pressure from the press. Yeah, I have the setup up right.

Thank you.

Try not to use a Crescent wrench. They are a good tool to knock the corners off of the nut or bolt. I love the old saying “use the right tool for the job”. Glad you got it out!
