Default D30 - Is this covered under warranty?

Here is what happened to my front axle:

http://youtu.be/fSoyfibIsjA My 2009 Jeep has 37,000 miles on it, lifted with 35" tires. If I drive this into the dealership, what are my chances???

I have since pulled the axle shafts and driveshaft to avoid grenading the carrier. Should I reinstall them before taking it in? A trained eye will easily tell that its been apart....

Thinking of just upgrading to a Rubicon D44 as well.

Since you are lifted on 35's - I would say you have zero chance of getting this done under warranty at a dealership.

Stock gears and stock driveshaft? It's worth a shot. All they can do is laugh while politely saying no. If it isn't covered, definitely look into replacing rather than fixing.
