Default ARB Winch Cover Plate Install Question

I'm installing the ARB deluxe bumper without a winch. The plate to cover up the place where the winch would go is on backorder from ARB. I ordered it but they won't have it until end of October. I'm having the bumper installed in a couple days. Even if I cancel the order of the plate and get it somewhere else, I'd still not have it in time.

Does anyone know if the cover plate can be installed later and without having to remove the bumper when the part comes in? Even if I had to pull the bumper to put it on, that shouldn't be a big deal, right?

How did this turn out? I hope you can install the winch cover later because I'm putting the bumper on today and don't have a winch OR bumper cover.

I don't know about the cover, but I was able to install my Warn 9.5ti after my ARB install no problem. The bumper didn't look bad without it on there though.

I haven't put on the plate yet. If I had to do it again, I'd just skip the plate. I'm not sure if the bumper will have to come off to put on the plate but it looks like enough work that I just haven't found the motivation since it's fine the way it is. I do like the bumper a lot.

I just put the bumper on... no cover. I'll wait until the next comissh check to add a synthetic line winch.
