Default JKS Adjustable Sway Bar Links - Drilling required on Rubicon?

I am looking at the JKS Adjustable Sway Bar Links (End Links). Why does it say in the installation instructions that if you have a Rubicon, you have to enlarge the mounting holes on the swaybar with a 17/32" drill bit? Is that really necessary? I had a Sahara before my Rubicon, and I would swear that the factory links and mounting holes seemed to be the same. Is there actually a difference between e-disco and standard swaybars as far as mounting hole size?

apparently so - that's why I opted to move the rears to the front and JKS the rear - no drilling.

3.5" Clayton, 315-70/17's no issues flexing

The factory sway bar is metric and most new good sway bar links are 1/2" . Its not a big deal to drill it out.

Ok. That makes sense...kind of. I still don't quite grasp why a Rubicon would required drilling and a Sport (X) or Sahara wouldn't.

I'm not sure I follow... So your rear can now quick disco but your fronts would need to be manual with a wrench? (Cuz they are the rear links?)

I have a clayton 4.5" lift on my Rubicon with JKS quicker discos and they didnt require drilling. However I am not sure if the rear adjustable links are JKS or not. I think they are.

I think there may be some confusion from the last couple of posts. We're talking about adjustable links, not quick disconnect links.
