Default Regearing to 5.38 my 2dr 08 Rub

So I have 37" BFG KM2 on flat black ProComp 7069s (very excited) coming and I am anticipating that I will need to regear at some point. So I am trying to do my homework but I am confused (go figure) I planned on using Yukon 5.38. Does anyone have any experience with them?

But more importantly, will I need to change my lockers? Is there a locker in the front and rear? I am clearly confused about about lockers and if anyone could help me understand their role I would greatly appreciate it!!

Thanks,
RedBeast

5.38 is the right ratio for your auto. Yes, you have a locker in the both the front axle and the rear axle. And no, you will not need to replace them. Yukon is a good name, but all of the gears will be coming from the same company in Asia, so just compare prices and warranties and get whichever you like.

A suggestion, though, is to do some checking on your installer. Lots of threads about installers that are not familiar with rubicon axles f'ing up the lockers during the gear installs.

You might also want to have gussets and possibly sleeves installed at the same time as the gears.
