Default license plate and winch

Hey so my buddy just got a winch and we r trying to come up with some kind of idea where the license plate attachs to the front of the rolls. So when you r drive u can see it but when u go off roading you can flip it up so u can use the winch. We though of using just c-clips to attack it to the rolls but he does over 200 kms a day and doesn't want his plate flying off and causing any problems. So if u have a set up like this can u show me and tell me what u used.

Thanks sinkichey

You can also find it on ebay. Got mine for $12. Think it was from CSE Offroad's ebay site.

I had the rugged ridge bracket until some douchbag stole my front license plate. I'm pretty sure they just wanted the bracket but either way they just took it off and walked away. From what the cops told me thieves target front plates from one car and registration stickers from another to limit the chance of them being reported stolen. Out here in CA to get a new plate you need to file a police report then go pay the DMV for new plates. Pain in the ass.

I ended up going with the Tuff Stuff one even though it is a bit more costly to keep me from having to deal with another stolen plate.
