First post?
Welcome!
Is your current lift a spacer lift? Body lift? Unless you just want that much lift, there are easier options to run 33s.

Tons of info on this topic. Search button is your friend.

You can run 33's with your current lift. 3" TF coils will be overkill. (expect a bit more than 4" of lift with them, lots of extra components, driveshaft problems, etc). Maybe look at a leveling kit, or leveling coils, or a 2.5" BB or 2.5" coils. (the 2.5" coils should give about 3")

But as noted above, TF lifts are very popular on this forum, so a quick search will bring up plenty of feedback.

well thank you for the welcome xD but im not looking to just fit 33's under it, i do alot of offroading, i live in the woods and its become part of my lifestyle. my dad bought this jk awhile ago for himself, but gave it to me 2 years ago for my birthday, since than ive been dumping every pay check i get into it lol and im looking forward to the good times ill have in it. me and my friends go camping/fishing alot so i want it to be more capable, especailly since its a 4 door any extra ground clearence really adds up, i just want a solid strong and reliable lift that wont lead to any unwanted strain/breakage when im mudding with friends. ive been told by alot of people the 2.5 inch with shocks is a great kit, any first hand advice or suggestions? im open to any ideas, i have about 800$ saved up for a lift, but itd be nice to spend less xD

Go with the 2.5" coil kit for 33's or 35's. The kits with shocks/coils retail for $749.99 and there's several TeraFlex vendors here that have them in stock.

I went with teraflex 2.5 budget boost. Just a recommendation, if the kit wants you to reuse the rear sway bar link in the front, don't....buy new front sway bar links. I had to cut mine off the back, you know 4 years of weather and wheeling, they planned on staying there for a while. The kit I got had the shocks with it and I suggest get the shocks. I just widh tereflex put the front sway bar links in the kit. I am waiting on the part now and the jeep looks like a 70's jacked up hot rod. I had 1.5" rake before I installed the rear, from 10K winch, winch plate, and bumper. Now it is like 3.5". I picked up a set of front 2.5" springs off of here and plan on installing them instead of the factory springs.

x2 This is good advice. I had to cut my rear swaybar links off at the lower bolt as well. Good thing I already had JKS disconnects for the front.
