These will work in 2010's? I thought the wiring was different and 2010 up were different than 2007-2009.

The wiring should not be a problem, but they are not "Plug and PLay" you have to cut off the old plug and splice in the Vixion-X plug (there is no need for a relay since the Vision -X draws less power than the stock lights).
