Can 315-75-16 tires fit on an 8" rim that is equivalent to a 35x12.5x16. Will I still beable to air down alright like I have been to 12psi and stuff??

I ran 37x12.5x15's on 15 x 8's on my YJ so it is possible. I never went below 18 psi so I'm not sure about running at 12 though.

Yes it will be fine. Make sure air pressure is pow enough on the street so the tires wear evenly

You should do the chalk test and play with your air pressure to get an even wear I run 32 up front and 30 in the rear and get a pretty good wear pattern

I'm running that combo and it works well at around 30 psi on the street and 15 psi on the trails.
