Default Nitto Trail Grapplers M/T

I am looking at tires and I think i'm gonna get the nitto Trail Grapplers in 285/70/17. I was wondering if anyone had a picture of these on a 2 door, preferably with a 2 inch lift. Also if your running these, how do you like them, how do they last compares to othe mud terrains? Thanks

i have the 295 70 17's and i think they ride great, i came from the rubicon bfg mt's and these were just a little louder. on road they are quiet for a mt and after 3500 miles they still look new, i will say they are HEAVY though and since they are an LT tire you need to run much lower pressures around 28-30 for a 4 door so they might trigger your TPMS if you have it. overall i would definitely buy them again.

Do they seem like they will last any longer than the beg mud terrains that come stock, I have about 40,000 on mine and theres pretty much nothing left.

Had them in 35s. Very quiet and smooth for a MT. I sold them at 8k miles as I was parting out my last jeep. i don't think they were going to make it past 35 or 40 k

I'm running 35x12.5x17s on a 2012 and I'd say they look good, ballanced with 4-5 oz each,
but they do "hum or Thrummm" on the highway more than the BFG stockers. I can't compare them to KM2s or MTRs but it sounds like your driving a dumptruck or small semi at 70 mph.
They do seem tough, and IMO ride the same as the stockers. I know a M/T is not a
passenger tire, but If I did not anticipate wheeling in rocks a lot I would get Duratracks if
I was doing it again. One nice thing, they are made in the USA....in Georgia.

I have them in 35" on mine and love them so far. Only have about 600 miles on them though. I've heard of guys getting over 40K miles out of them on 3/4 ton full size trucks so I don't see why I wouldn't get at least that on a jeep. Just keep them balanced and rotated and you should get plenty of life out of them.

I have them in 37s and I think they are just as quiet as the stock mud terrains. I only have about 500 miles on them so far, and I love them!!!

Default A/T Terra Grapplers

285 70 17 no lift

I drive lots of freeway and these are great, smooth and quiet. Really good in the rain, still need to test in the snow and off road.
