Default Poison Spyder BFH front bumper

Anybody have this bumper? I heard that you have to cut your frame to mount it. Is this true? Please post pics if you have it....thanks!!

yea as far as i know you do have to cut the frame. it also does not allow for a rear tow hitch.

in that case i have no idea whether frame modification is needed. i thought it was just the rear. Allot of guys are running those though, so more responses should come soon

You have to cut the frame both front and rear in order to install the BFH bumpers. It shows everything as far as the install goes right on their site. Just click on the installation instructions once you have selected the bumper itself.

My buddy and I both have the BFH's with the trail stingers (and the rear BFH's too). As answered above - yes, you do have to modify the frame a bit, but it isn't too much, and Poison gives good instructions. Totally worth it in the end, IMO.
