Question Installing Fox Shocks Remote Reservoir Billet Clamps

Anyone done this? I got the Performance 2.0 Remote Reservoir Fox shocks for my 2012 Rubicon. I went and ordered the billet reservoir clamps to replace the band clamps they come with and come to find our they just don't fit. The shocks are supposedly 2.0 and the clamp is 2" ID and for a 2.0 Fox shock but in reality the shock is really about 2 1/8" in diameter?

Am I missing something here? Is there some trick to this or did Fox change the parts?

It's definitely not the right clamp. I think Fox changed these new shocks by making them a larger diameter. I measured with my calipers and they're 2 3/16 in diameter and the clamp is exactly 2". The new Performance 2.0 shocks are larger.

Looks like I'm talking to Fox tomorrow about whether or not they're going to make a new clamp.

Yes, these are the "Fox Racing Shock 2.0 Remote Reservoir Billet Clamp" from Quadratec. The shocks are the new 2.0 Performance Shocks.

I thought this would be a no-brainer. It never quite works out that way.

Just wondering, what size of lift are these for? Or what are the collapsed/extended length?

The lift is the RK 3.5" X-factor. Total net height of a little over 4". These are the shocks Fox recommends for 3.5"-6" lifts.

You have a part number or a link to the Q-Tec site? Reason being, I'm thinking of getting some FOX shocks at some point soon, but I have been told the ones I want are not being sold yet. I'm needing ones for 4-6" lifts.

I was going to say give Dave at Northridge 4x4 a call. He got mine for me and the shipping was free. The clamps I did get from Quadratec (Dave doesn't sell them).
