Default OR-Fab swing away tire carrier

Anyone running this OR-Fab tire carrier with 37s?
the website says it only holds up to a 35" but it looks like it will hold a 37 to me

I talked to the OR-Fab rep when I was installing mine. I've only got a 33.5" tire on mine at the moment, but the instructions say that as long as everything is under 200 lbs, you're fine. And one of the OR-Fab guys said that he's been running a 40 on his carrier without any problems.

how about the install is it something that just takes a few hours in the garage or more involved?
also how about anyone running into problems with knocking or rubbing?

Few hours in the garage for sure...you do have to cut into the body near the rear tail light so if that makes you queezy you may want to find one that rests on the bumper... all in all, it wasn't too terribly hard and I haven't had any squeaking or rubbing on either one.
