Default Xenon Fender Flares Help

So my new Xenon flat fender flares arrived last week, and when i took them out of the box, the fronts were warped and out of shape.

According to the directions that came with them from Xenon, this is "normal" and if I leave them in the sun they will go back to their original and correct shape.

Issue 1 is that its November in NH, and there is no sun here. So i brought them inside my heated house, but still they are not going back to their correct shape.

So far my impression is that these things are a piece of crap. Anyone else experience this, and any ideas minus taking them to the desert to get some sun?

Also, are these things going to warp again when the temperature shifts with the seasons?

Thanks for the help.

I ran those things for years before I went with steele fenders. They do get better once some sun hits them but never really looked right. Also a PITA to install. They look ok you will be happy with them once installed.

I might just eat the $75 or whatever shipping is going to cost me and send them back. Very disappointed considering the price.

Its a type of memory plastic. You don't need sunlight, just heat... Put them directly in front of a heater for a few hours or use a heat gun on them.

If you have a portable heater, put them a safe distance away and see if they straighten out. Worst case scenario is you send them back. A blow dryer might do the trick, but it will be much more of an interactive and time-consuming process that way.
