Default Best way to go about lifting

Running BFG KM2 285/70R17... Would like to achieve 2.5" lift...without spending a butt load of money.

Should I look at doing a smaller lift + body lift or just stick to a suspension lift? Also, should I change out springs and shocks or what?

i just ordered a 2012 and asked dealer about warranty if i put on a lift. This dealer said suspsension lift, no problem. Body lift, more likely to void warranty. Seems like it varies from dlr to dlr.

Do you plan on adding heavy bumpers/winch/tire carrier/armor/etc?

No - Look at the 2-2.5" BB's. If you want a bit more height, add a 1-1.25" body lift.
Yes - Look at the TF coil leveling kit, or any of the 2-2.5" coil kits.

At these heights, caster correction is nice, but not needed. Axle centering is nice but not needed. Less chance of driveshaft issues. etc.

Will be adding smittybilt front and rear bumper with tire carrier, rocker armor and winch..

A budget boost wont give me anymore flex room will it?

Is this going to be about the best bang for the buck I can get?

If you know you want to stay in the 2-2.5 range, I don't think you can beat the Teraflex budget boosts.

If you put a body lift on and have to take it to dealer...2 hours and its back off...no one the wiser!
