My Rough Country discos exploded on me nearly causing an accident. Very bad. Should have rid of them A LOT sooner. Go JKS and never look back.

I had mine in for about 10K miles, one of the nuts kept walking its way off....I'd stop and tighten it every once in a while. Well this weekend it finally completely fell off. Luckily I was at a 4wd park and didn't need it......until I drove home. On top of the nut falling off, I also lost the pin (that was my fault), SO, for the last 3 days I've been driving around with a zip tied/cotter pinned sway bar. Haha. My new ones are coming in the mail tomorrow.

The JKS units are awesome. I have been running RC discos for 15k miles and must be very lucky since I have had no issues. I did however (since I have HIGH STEER) cut the all thread down to a more suitable length and then drove them in without lock nuts. Works.

To give RC some credit, I had a disco blow out on the street because of a bad bushing and they shipped me a whole new set free of charge fast. I had jks's before these and they froze on me, liked them but but didn't feel like paying another $140.
