Opinions of Leather Package
Its an artificial leather. Even that has different quality... I think its better to go to any good local tuning atelier and ask them to alter your seats with genue leather, and you can choose it and touch it. I did so as did not find any good after market covers.... Also I asked them to leather my dash and door pannels with the same Nappa leather and alcantara. Also custom armrest and thicker wheel.... Now I love it not only from outside but also from inside

i heard that katskins makes the oem leather seats, but the katskins i've seen that the dealer had installed looked better than the oem to me. i agree that the oem leathers i test drove didn't seem as nice as it should be, but that leather smell and feeling still was tempting.
i'm not one to order and wait and the dozer 2012 i wanted and got has the black cloth, but i livened it up with some marathon seat covers that i like.
The leather in the JK seems a lot tougher and more appropriate for a Jeep than the leather typically found in passenger cars. The napa leather in my old CLS 55 was the best of any car I've ever owned, but I don't think it would work well in a Jeep.
