I've been looking around at lifts and I've noticed that a lot of companies offer coil lifts for both a 2 door and unlimited. But the thing is, they are priced the same. So since I have a 2 door, could I put an unlimited lift on my jeep to get a little more height out of it? Or is there some different component besides the springs that are different between the two?

 

The only difference should just be the springs. You would get more height for sure . I lot of people run the TF 2.5" for a 4dr on their 2dr.

especially with a basic 2.5" kit where theres not too many parts

 

4 door kit......about 1/2" taller. We have one on here.....

This is a Teraflex 2.5" 4 door Coil lift, 35" BFG Km2
And we do not get door dings anymore.....

Man that picture is making me want 35 so much more. Do you have any other upgrades besides the tf lift? Regear, procal, etc.

 

This is my Jeep on a 4" 4-dr lift. Previously I had a 2 1/2" (4-dr) lift which yielded approximately 3".

With this 4" lift, it yielded 5 1/2" OVER the measurements of my old 2 1/2" lift.

With the hard top on, it measures just under 7' tall
