Default My Flood Salvage Rebuild

Finally got some insurance money for my 6 speed '07 2dr X that was totaled in Tropical Storm Lee. The jeep had water up to around the seats/mid dash. All fluids were changed right away, interior stripped out and entire jeep pressure washed out. Nothing got into the intake and the jeep starts and runs like it always has. It's been sitting like this (started a couple times a week) since September.

Currently the Jeep has 18,000 miles.
2.5 Teraflex Budget Boost
XHD front stinger w winch
35" KM2s on mobs with 1.5" spidertrax
Fenders are cut (really happy with them so no need for new fenders)
Other misc add ons here and there.

Last Friday we got to take my wife's unlimited out to Rausch Creek and now I've got the bug again. I need some help deciding on how to go about things. This isn't my DD anymore but I'd like it to still have some manners on road.

I want to continue to run my 35's but eventually jump to 37's.
I need a real lift. Not sure if I really need to go with a long arm kit, but I don't want to limit myself if it's just a grand or so difference. I'll put the lift in myself and I really want a 100% bolt on kit, although minor welding would be okay.
I need gears and I'll have someone else do the install there.
I plan to have the tub, wheel wells, and rockers linexed.
I've got a set of rock sliders ready to bolt on.
I need a rear bumper and tire carrier.
Skids and diff covers.
My budget is like $5-$6k.

So far I like the Full Traction 4.0" Ultimate Lift
5.13 gears?
Linex (at Linex of Pine Grove)
Looking at the River Raider corners, taillights, rear bumper, and tire cage.

Anything else I should be looking at? Any better options out there? Opinions on this setup?
I'm reading through posts and searching the forums trying to get a handle on what I need.

I plan to post pics of the build as things progress.

Already moved and buying my parents place (10 and 6 car garage plus a lift, woohoo), so I don't expect this to happen again. Jeep was in my garage at the time. Don't think I'll be crossing any 4 ft water holes anytime soon.

My doors were sitting on the floor of the garage during the flood. Hung them
Back on the jeep but there still full of mud. Tips on cleaning them up? Just pull the panels and spray out? Anything I should lube?

Did any of the electronics die? If not, that's awesome, and kudos on rebuilding it!

At this point all the electronics seem to be fine. My factory speaker and amp even worked before I pulled them. The airbag light is on but I have the seats unplugged. Hoping the module under the seat and center console are good, but if they need replaced, so be it.
I owed $8900 on the jeep before the flood. Insurance valued the jeep at close to $23k. I thought that was high, but I wasnt arguing. They paid off the loan, I retained it as salvage, and got a check for close to $12k. So, I have a jeep with basically nothing out of pocket. The only money I'll have invested is what I put into modifying things from here on out. Not bad and I'll never sell it, so I don't care about it being branded a flood vehicle.
