Default Grinding starting in 1st gear

Have a question for the board. I have a 09 Jeep wrangler X and installed a 4 inch Skyjacker lift with 35inch Micky Thompson's soon after I installed the lift I get what sounds like a grinding noise when starting out in 1st gear? I do not hear the noise in any of the other gears just when starting out in 1st. Has any one else had this problem or might know what it could be? Thanks for any help on this. Keep on wheeling!!!!

I read on here about a grinding in 1st gear that only last for a few minutes that has to do with your oil filter, I'll try to find the thread for you. Does it go away after you've been driving for a bit?

I just installed a lift and tires and am hearing a noise as well. I hear it in 2 and 3 as well. Do you have an auto and two door? I'm on my phone so can't see what you have. I have it at the shop right now so hope to find out tomorrow but I am thinking it's my rear Ds.

Is this possibly what you're hearing?
