Default I need help with my upholstry

Ok. I have an 07 rubicon and I bought 2011 seat fabric's. They are from someone elses Jeep obviously. They are like new..

Here is the problem. I don't know how to put them on.

The plugs on top of the seats for the head rests are hard to get out and I can't see how to get them out.
The upholstery guys want like 500 bucks to put them on. And I don't want to pay that.

I see that there are some bull rings... I'm thinking i could replace those with zip ties. zip ties are strong and they do make metal ones.

I don't know what I'm doing down to removing the driver and passanger seat. It looks like there are only four bolts to remove?
I'm wondering if I remove one of those bolts something horrible is going to happen.

Nick
