Default Just bought a rough country 2.5 lift.

OK so I ordered this lift. It only comes with springs and Shocks.... I ordered a rear Trac bar relocation bracket as well. Anyone have experience with this kit?

I put this kit on my 2007 with the rear relo bracket and on my 12 wout the bracket. Cant tell the difference to be honest.

Easy install did it myself in 2.5 hours.

Not sure on the driving part of it. But make sure it has longer rear sway bar links. Rear brake line brackets will be needed also. Also...rear spring retainers, not sure of how much travel is allowed with the shocks that come with that kit. Don't know if those things come with your kit or not. Other than that, you are set. I just put a 2.5" TF on my Jeep with Bilstein shocks. It was an easy and straight forward install.

I figure they'll get it solved just a minor annoyance right now. Leaked within 24 hours of driving it from the lot and now it is in for the second time, only had it two weeks. Funny thing, depending on your perspective is it leaks worse after they "fixed" it. Honestly though the service guys have been great about it. They are befuddled by it and doing all in their power. Good guys.....I'll quit hi-jacking your thread to complain about my leaks now...

I ran with this kit for a year and a half or so and then upgraded to a Teraflex. Overall I wasn't impressed with the kit (though it's hard to beat at that price and Rough Country customer service is fantastic).

I've had the kit on 2 JKs so far, no problems at all.
