Security code

Purchased a rhr from eBay ,I had it installed but it asking for the security code. I have tried 1234 and 1111 but no luck,I took the jeep to 2 dealerships but they could help me. Is there anybody that has had this problem that can help out

Maybe it system checks with parts of the VIN number?

Not sure, dealership can have it assed to vin but still need the code that they can get cause they no nothing about this
