Default Help me decide what tires to pick.. MTR-KM2-Trail Grappler-Mud Grappler

I am getting ready to purchase some 37" tires but I am trying to decide which set to pick. MTR's with Kevlar sound cool and they seem to be on the light side along with the KM2's but the Trail Grapplers or Mud grapplers seem tougher..

Any ideas or experiences?

Thats exactly what caused me to look at other options! Then I started reading about balancing issues and some people not liking them on road..

Ugh

Either of the nittos would be my choice. Trail grapplers will be better on the street but man the mud graps are awesome

I don't think you could go wronge with any of those choices. I run the MTR/ks and they are quiet on road and amazing off road. Run smooth as glass also. I wheel with guys who run the others and they are also great tires. Some louder then others, but it is up to you on if that is a benefit or a deturent.

I voted for the MTR's
But I wouldn't hesitate to run the Nittos. I've had great performance from Nittos and Goodyears.

My vote is the MTRs also go to a private Goodyear dealer and try them they can usually get tires faster than if you were to purchase them online on backorder. As of two days ago I talked to my tire guy he said right after X-Mas he would have them in his shop for anything over a 35

I ahve had the trail graps and run the KM2s now. I prefer the BFG as an overall tire, especially when you consider the tread life of the BFGs. Like said above, hard to go wrong with any of them, although those mud graps are LOUD

National back order currently on goodyears (35 and 37's). Bfg's are available and IMO a better tire. Nittos good option as well. The bfg is nice on the hard road... Not too loud, and amazing on the trails.
