Default Steering Wheel Shimmer

Guys, I've got an 2009 Rubi that I've done some modifications to which include a 3" lift, various skid plates, 35" tires and some other goodies. Over the course of the last month, it has developed a shimmer in the steering wheel. This is nothing like the dreaded death wobble but it has gotten my attention. It only shimmers between 40-45 mph. Once I get pat that it level out and goes away. As with any shimmer or vibration, I would assume something is loose somewhere but I can't find anything anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions, ideas, thoughts. etc?

I had this same issue at speeds between 40-60 mph. I went to the tire shop to rebalance and problem solved.

I agree with the tires being the issue your having. Rebalance them.
