Anyone know if there are Yellow fog lamp bulbs and what the bulb # is? 0h its a 2012 JKU

 

I know they make colored tint for the lenses but not sure about bulbs. I'm curious as well

 

Yes, they make yellow light bulbs, but it depends on what bulb you have. The 2007-2010 JK fog light bulbs are 9145, but the 2011 (like mine) is a different bulb and you just have to deal with the stock bulbs because they don't have upgradeable replacements for them. Not sure what the bulb is for 2012s.

 

The '11 and '12 fog bulbs are PSX24W. I have been told that the more common H16 bulbs will work fine with only minor alterations to the base of the bulb. Basically, you trim off one tab and then the H16 bulb will fit.

 

Just installed Putco H16 fog bulbs in mine today. Direct fit. I got the 6000K for the color. Haven't had them out in the dark yet but in the garage looks dimmer than the stock bulb even though it's 35 watts. And they have yellow bulbs.
