Default All lift kits + stock wheels need wheel spacers?

I am looking at the Teraflex 2.5" budget boost and see they need wheel spacers when running factory 17" wheels. Will I have to get wheel spacers for any lift kit? I hate having to put another $200 out if there is a bigger or nicer kit that doesn't require spacers.

It's tire size not lift size or brand that will require use of spacers. Stock size tires will not rub. 33's may rub sway bar. 35" will need spacers....

To clarify I have a 3" OME lift. I am running 32" on stock rims. No spacers. If I went to 33's I would probably get some rubbing. With 35's I would have to have spacers.... The budget boost would be the same....

Yeah when I put 35's on my stock wheels I needed spacers...without them my weights popped off!

Just checked teraflex's website, and its showing that you do need wheel spacers for the 2.5" COIL lift, but it doesnt state they're needed for the BB

I believe anything other than a BB will require wheel spacers. i just installed a RC 3.5" lift with Stock rubi tires/rims and needed wheel spacers

There can be clearance issues between the stock rims and the new rear links. If they rub, move the links or swap the bolt around the other way or run stock links until you get spacers or new wheels.

Ran a Teraflex 2.5" BB with stock 32"s for over a year with no spacers and no rubbing issues.

I have the OME lift with HD springs. I run stock 17's with 285/75r17's. That works out to about a 34x11.50. No rubbing at all.

I thought they suggested wheel spacers because of the higher centre of gravity, thus needing to widen the stance or go with wheels with a different offset

Tires rub my front swaybar at full turn with 285/75-17 and stock wheels. I guess I need to put wheel spacers on now, but dang they are expensive.
