Ignition system like the screamin demon will also increase throttle response. I am running an AEM brute force CAI, dynomax rock crawler exhaust and the scremin demon ignition system. I plan on topping the engine off with a superchips or bulldog programmer. Anything on this list will slightly increase horsepower and throttle response, but will never be anything like a hemi swap...

CAIs are a waste of good money.

I would get a programmer, high flow drop in filter, and exhaust. Don't expect a huge difference though

Agreed, drop in filter, replace the can and get a programmer.

I've heard programmers can do some damage to a car, but I dont know if this is true. Anyone got one that can put in some input on this? I have a cai and exhaust but have been thinking real hard about getting a programmer, just want to see what others think first.

Most dealers would never think to look anyways. Just set it back to stock tune before you take it in
