WHAT'S IN THE SHOP TODAY ?
We are fortunate to be working on another Military Member's 2007 Jeep JK. ORW appreciates all of our Military Families for the service that they are providing our Country. When this JK rolled into the shop it looked like just another Jeep that you would see across the street at the Dealership, when it left, it was one of the more capable Off Road Vehicles in San Diego County.
The Service Technician started by installing a Teraflex 3” Lift Kit:
This system includes a 3” lift kit, front sway bar disconnects, rear sway bar links, rear track bar bracket, bump stops and all necessary hardware. This kit will allow you to run up to a 35” tire (aftermarket wheels with 4.5” backspacing or less are required). Fits all JK Wranglers including Rubicon and Unlimited.
Along with the Lift kit, it was highly recommended that Teraflex Front and Rear Lower Short Flex Arms are included to properly line up the JK's suspension:
TeraFlex JK FlexArms can be added to any existing suspension lift. FlexArms allow custom pinion and caster angles to be set for proper alignment, they also are used to re-center the axle in the wheel well for proper suspension movement (Sold in pairs).
A Teraflex Adjustable Front Track Bar was installed in the package to fine tune the front suspension, and prevent “Death Wobble”.
This massive heavy duty forged front adjustable track bar is designed as the ultimate in front end strength to eliminate any front end shimmy or handling issues- this Monster track bar is 230% stronger than the factory track bar No bracketry changes are necessary, and it is a complete bolt on component. The track bar is designed to cycle through the full movement of suspension travel without interfering with other components. Best suited for stock to 6+" lift systems (Upgraded nuts and bolts for track bar).

The new drive shafts feature three custom, CNC machined aluminum adapter plates for simple bolt-on installation. These drive shafts are built to handle the abuse of serious off-road driving and are built from heavy-wall DOM tubing and utilize the toughest, most dependable components available on the market.
Method Black Painted Finish Wheels
Lighter. Stronger. Faster.... not just a catchy tag line used in marketing Method Race Wheels, but a deep rooted philosophy that is used to make our product work better in some of the harshest conditions on the planet. Our wheels are made of premium materials, sculptured to exacting specifications.
Toyo Tires
The Toyo Open Country M/T is designed for Off Highway Vehicles that require extra ground clearance, load-carrying capacity and off-road capability with great on-road performance. The Toyo Open Country M/T is M&S (Mud and Snow)rated.
AEV ProCal Module
ProCal Module is a hand-held powerhouse! This essential tool provides JK owners an easy, low-cost way to make a variety of useful changes not offered by the dealer or any other re-programmer. Topping the list is the ability to correct the speedometer and gear ratio when larger tires are installed. With the speedometer left uncorrected, there is a major degradation in the performance of the stability control (ESP), transmission shifting, and engine performance.
