Anyone know who makes these snorkels?

Probably just a 1 off however it seems like a bad idea as the water that goes over the hood would simply go into the whole. Now that may just be vent allowing for cooler air to be sucked into the engine bay but no an actual snorkel.

its the J8 military version jk, it comes with that snorkle. im pretty sure it was made by AEV but i cant find it either.
