Default dump question #2 of the day - modified without power w/dl

Just sold a 2010 JKU with power windows and door locks and bought a 2011 that doesn't - So the question is, can you lock the rear tailgate without the key? I have looked high and low and can't find anyway to do it.

how else would you need to lock it? be kind of difficult to reach it from the inside without crawling over the seats.
