Default Do I need bump stops? OME & Teraflex Lift... Too much Flex??

I have an OME HD lift with Teraflex arms. I installed a Tom Woods driveshaft today and took it out back to check the flex.. My tires are stock Rubicon's that are pretty worn so they are close to 31's... So I tested the flex and was pretty surprised. My right tire was about 1/2" from hitting the top inside of my fender, not the lip. I stopped there so I didn't tear anything up. What is my next step. Rims are on their way and I am pretty set on 35's. Do I need bumpstops or will I be ok with flat fenders? Am I getting more flex than I should with the OME kit and Teraflex arms?

Got the spidertrax so should be set with that. My issue is the small tires that are on it are already just about touching the fenders. I worry that if I go 35" tires they will tear my fenders off if I disconnect.... I went with the OME standard shocks not the long travel and have extended brake lines.... From what I have read I shouldn't need bump stops but I think I will need them. I guess I need to read more about bump stops or call Northridge...
