Default gusset and sleeve questions

have the teraflex gusset and sleeve kit. have a couple questions:

1.) have many people had issues with the gussets hitting the coil springs?

2.) if you sleeve a D30 can you use the super 30 chrome moly axle kit (30 spline shafts)

3.) if you sleeve the axle I assume you cant use end tube seals?

That being said I also looked at the EVO gusset and sleeve kit. Couple questions:

1.) Do the gussets inter fear with any suspension pieces?

2.) can you use 30 spline axles if you use there sleeve kit with the tube seals?

basically I'm torn between the teraflex kit and the EVO kit.....

Tereflex sleeve and gusset kit or the EVO gusset kit and sleeve kit with tube seals.???

I can help with the seal questions. You can not seal the teraflex sleeves (I bought a pair and sold them after finding this out). The EVO sleeves do seal.

I also went with the Evo's because they have the seals.

You would have to double check with them about fitment with those axle shafts. I know they give you different size seals for the shafts. For example I have a Dana 44 with RCV shafts and their instructions told me to use a certain set of seals for that size shaft.

Sometimes the EVO gussets hit the coils, but it will fit. May have to jack the frt or unseat the coil to get it down there.

If money isn't a factor buy the evo if you need to save money buy the Tf. I bought the Tf myself cuz they are alot cheaper also you have seals on the inner end of the axle tubes so its still sealed but you will get water and mud in the tubes just not the pumpkin. With the Tf gussets they did hit the springs so I just took a grinder to them and got them to fit perfect.

I've got the EVO's and I havent had a problem with them at all. I didnt use the outer seals because they were a pain to get in and I was only 50/50 on using them to begin with. As long as its a 30 spline you should be fine.
