Default Wobble/Shaking after 60MPH

So i recently installed a Rough Country 3.5" lift and my front end has started shaking/wobbling after 53mph..I hate to make another thread on this but i have no idea what else to do..
i also installed 1.5" wheel spacers and a new Drag link tie rod that attaches to the pitman arm.

I have not been able to determine what is causing the issue despite looking through every thread on wobbling and following planmans guide to DW.

So far this is what i have done and am wondering if i missed something:
I didnt use the new pitman arm that came with the lift as i couldnt get it off.
I removed the lug retainer clips when installing the wheel spacers and used loctite.
When i installed the lift kit. I didnt torque the lower control arms or trackbar until all four tires were on the ground
I double checked the torque to all the components
I did a five tire rotation and had all 5 tires balanced
I got an alignment and everything seems to meet the required specs
My tires only have about 20k miles on them with a lot of tread left
I've had someone get in the Jeep and turn the steering wheel with and without the Jeep on while i checked underneath for anytype of movement or play, couldnt find anything moving
Ive checked the ball joints by lift up one side at a time and using a pry bar under the wheel to see if theres any play
Ive checked both the trackbar mount and relocation bracket for ovaling.

If anyone has any ideas id really appreciate it, i dont feel safe driving my Jeep past 50mph and dont want to pay for the stealership to look at it

Thanks

Mine did that before I had a high steer kit installed. Does your steering feel "floaty" now, even at low speeds?
Another cause could very well be the tires, especially since you've identified an exact speed where this happens. I would have them balanced again...this time under load, and see what happens. Try a different set of tires from a friend and take it up to speed to confirm a tire issue. Finally, there was a guy on another forum having similar issues and spent forever tracking it down. Turns out it was his steering box. Something else to check.

I can't figure out how to link to the other thread but look for

The Importance of changing out stock track bar and lower control arm bolts

If you haven't already

Had the same problems and could not get it dx. Finally just messing around I took the new front track bar off and put the stock one back on. It is very close to being parallel and problem was solved 4x4 shop looked at it for two days and couldn't fix it. It's worth a shot, worked for me and I have a 4.25in lift

Thanks for the tips all
the kit came with a trackbar relocation so im still using the stock trackbar. I do have a spare which i may try swapping it out with.
As for the bolts, i know the kit uses an 80mm bolt for the trackbar, not sure if thats bigger in diamater than the stock trackbar bolt but ill see if i can compare them to see if i need the larger 9/16 (?) bolt

I think the jury is still out on how many of the bolts need to be changed out. But the way I read it right now it sounds like every bolt that has anything to do with track bars. I also don't think it has anything to do with mods, it sounds like a stock jeep would need them changed as well!

Take that front trackbar bracket off and put the track bar in the stock spot and I bet it will fix your problems. I have installed 10+ lifts and the front trackbar brackets cause more problems than leaving it alone. It really is not needed on a 3.5 lift. Try getting in your jeep with it running and siting still. Turn your steering wheel from right to left if the front dips or raises while turning either way pull that bracket now. It will cause bump steer and poss death wobble after hitting a pot hole.

Ok, so i removed the trackbar relocation bracket and bought an adj trackbar. Used 9/16 bolts on each end and torqued to 125ft lbs.
Dealership just replaced all my ball joints and all tie rod ends/knuckles and a new steering stab is on order (know steer stab wont actually fix issue)
My tires were balanced less than 1k miles ago.

Could the wheel spacers possibly be warped? I removed the lug retainer nuts when installing and used blue loctite

Dealership said that i may need a "road force" balancing to fix this issue since its still shaking at 55mph
Anyone actually done this and think it may be worth it or not?

I had same issues past month. 60-75 was the worst. Shook me so bad I hated driving on the Hwy. Chased my tail for 3 weeks. Bolts. Tires balanced and checked twice. Alignment. Finally, went back to tire shop and because I had the road hazard deal I asked to order replacement tires figuring they were out of round. They looked at them one more time and the roll out from the tests were fine. All round. They "road force balanced" or another term "dynamic balanced" and man on man.....smooth as a glass pond now. 80-85 no problems.

I had my tires balanced with a road force machine and it made a difference
