Default stock 3.73 or 4.10 or something else

I have a 2dr auto w/ 3.73's. It came stock with 29" tires and now I'm running 32's. Is there any benifit to upgrade to 4.10's or higher? I don't do any off roading other than crawling down the beach. It's my DD and I tend see a lot of 50+ mph driving.

I would leave it be unless you plan to go larger on the tires.

X2, if it rides well now no need to regear. Else you will be doing twice if/when you go bigger tires like 35s.

That's a big chunk of change to go up a single ratio. Just turn the OD Off if you find the transmission shifting in and out of OD too much, and hold off on the gears until you go to taller tires.

Highly recommend against 4.1. You will lose speed and gas mileage. You do gain the low end torque which in your case is not required for your tire size.

When I recently bought my JK it had 32" tires and 4.10 gears. It was a great combination. No issues with shifting down on the highway and fuel economy was about 18MPG.

Having said that, I would not spend the money to go from 3.73 to 4.10. Seems like a lot of money to throw at such a minor change in gears. And I like throwing money at my Jeep.

Another option would be start searching around for a 'cheap' set of take-off rubi axles from someone who has upgraded. That will get you the 4.10's, a 44 front axle/r&p, e-lockers, and slightly beefier shafts. More expensive than a regear, but depending on your needs, may be worth looking into.
