Default $hitt) ride with procomp 2.5 lift

So my ride is majorly stiff and hasrh after installing procomp 2.5 lift and 285's.
Do you know of some softer shocks or something less harsh?

its so stiff it seems like its making the hard top reverberate as well, the one window down feeling with all the windows up,

Any help would be great!

Do a chalk test and see if you can lower your PSI to smooth out your ride. I am running 35" Irok ND's, and I roll on 22 PSI. I know its kind of low, but the chalk doesn't lie, and my bounciness has dropped.

I have ProComp shocks and they SUCK. They are to stiff, so I am in the market for better shocks, but lowering the tire pressure should help some.

To high of tire pressure. Also, as for shocks, Bilsteins or Rancho adjustables are much softer.

I would lower the air pressure. And pro comp shocks have been known to be harsh riding

I had a 2.5" pro comp with the shocks that came with the kit. I didn't start going offroad till about 10,000 miles after the lift was installed maybe they were worn in but it rode great was like riding on a big soft pillow. If you want softer definitely don't go with blisteins im running them now on my RK lift and they are much stiffer than my procomp was even at 18psi. I tried my buddies rancho 9000 and they were better.

Try going with a softer pro comp shock. I'm guessing u have the es9000, if ur on a budget try out the es3000. Also try different coils, they affect ur ride to.

Chalk across the tread and roll. If the chalk disappears evenly the tire pressure is good. If it wears middle and not outside over inflated. Wears outside not in, Under inflated.
