Default Stock or JK Big Brake Upgrade? Advice Needed ASAP...

Ok, need some quick advice. Went to dealer for oil change told me I need new rear brakes & rotors on the rear only. this will be the third pads and second rotors, but I'm only at 50k miles. Seems fast to me. I know the ESP is what is causing this primarily, but could anything else be causing them to wear out so quickly?

Leads me to my next question, since I'm running larger tires should I just make the jump to the TF JK big brake system? Is the big brake both front and rear? Could I do the install myself with the write ups I've seen in the past?

Hopefully I can get quick response I need to take my JK in this weekend if not...
