Default Question for RIPP 2011JK owners

I have been doing tons of research regarding the RIPP kit for my 2011 JKU. I have heard that some people with the RIPP kit experience a dramatic drop in fuel economy, but that it's mostly attributed to tuner issues. Since the 2011 kit does not use a tuner, have you guys seen gains in MPG at all?

And yes I'm aware that people drive harder when boosted, which causes more fuel consumption. I am specifically speaking about normal driving habits. Thanks

We now have nearly 200 2011 kits sold - most have reported no drop or a small gain... But the quality of the fuel has dropped dramatically as well.. so there is a small off-set in octane that works against us.

I would have to agree that the quality of fuel is key to performance and economy. That being said I saw a slight increase in the MPG especially if I can keep my foot out of it. The performance is addicting.

I installed a RIPP SC in my 2011 JKU in January. No issues with it to date. From the start, it fired up just fine and has driven well. My fuel economy has increased by 2 or 3 mpg... really depends on how much I put my foot into it. I stay consistent with running 91 or 93 octane fuel, I really can't comment on the quality of the fuel because I'm bad for purchasing from whomever has a decent price and diet mt. dew for sale.

I haven't taken it to anyone to do any tuning specific to my engine. Really, not sure that I will since it runs fine and I don't know that I'll get $300 worth of performance gain doing so.

I'm happy with the product and would do it again.
