Default i think i have a problem with ESP after wheeling

i went wheeling last sunday... during the past few days driving back and forth to work around stops, at times on the hwy or just on the road, but mostly after i stop, i hear grabbing/grind,/rub noise, then it goes away.... i thought it may be the esp, so i turned it off both directions from home to home depot.... i heard it once while on the road as i drove...i here it and that quickly its gone.... im pretty sure it may be esp... but does anyone have anything i should look out for or how to fix it?
thanks,
jeff

If it is esp. The ESP icon should flash on the gauge cluster when the said issue occurs

took it this morning and washed the wheels with the pressure wash... on my drive home it seemed fine... saw a lot of dirt, will be going out shortly for a longer drive to see if it was that.... on a side note i bent my right rear arm... the long arm from axel to frame... that shouldn't affect anything, should it?

Default Noise back again - need your help

ok, seems like the noise started to come back. I hear it more when driving at slower speeds( doesn't happen all the time or at least I don't hear it all the time) Below 20MPH. I hear it when I take off from a stop... could it be more dirt or grit near the rotors? Is there something I can grease or something...
I would hate to take it to a shop and find out it's something simple.

Could be a bent axle. Mine made noise while being on the throttle. It went away when breaking or coasting

damn... I hope not... I guess I will try to find some time to take the front wheels off this weekend and check over my brakes and rotors for any dirt\stone again. Just been so cold or it rains. I'll post a pic of my bent arm when the ground is dryer.

still have the noise... sounds like a quick rub... then its gone. yesterday i was doing about 15mph, and stepped on the gas, i heard the rub for a brief 1/2 second, did this 4 times then it stopped... did it a few more times and didnt hear it..... i guess its time to take it to the shop.
