Default Will this fit my JK?

Hi,

I have 5 American Racing w/BFG A/T from my TJ. This is the link for the rims.
http://www.quadratec.com/products/92800_2XX_B_PG.htm

It's part# 92800.201

Bolt Pattern: 5x4.5
Size: 15x8
Backspacing: 3 3/4

Tires are 33x12.5

If I bought the TeraFlex 1" Wheel Adapter (link: http://www.quadratec.com/products/92807_201.htm ) does anyone know if they would fit on my JK. It's a 4dr, Manual Sahara and it currently has the Stock 18" rims. Would it clear all the brake lines, rub, etc?

Thanks.

you're good. you'll hang out of the fenders a lot more. not a chance you'll rub turning. may rub a little flexing.

I second that...not only will you have over 2" moved outboard due to the backspacing, but you are throwing the adapter in there as well.

Realize that this will put some stress on your bearings, knuckles, etc...

If I were you, I would reconsider and go with some 5x5 wheels to get rid of the adapter/spacer. Sell your TJ rims and use the money to offset the cost of new rims.

You need 5 on 5 to fit the JK. First number the number of studs second is the bolt patern. JK's are 5 x 5 then you have a BS number which wont matter because the rims won't mount on the axels.

I'm glad you noticed that too!

NO, they will NOT fit! The TJ used 5x4.5, but the JK uses 5x5. You would need spacer adapters (to convert 5x4.5 to 5x5 B.P.) to mount TJ wheels on your JK.

I do believe the JK is a 5 x 5 bolt pattern? not 5 x 4.5?

I think he knows what the bolt pattern is. Look carefully "If I bought the TeraFlex 1" Wheel Adapter".

I think the other guys are right though. Look into a new set of wheels. That backspacing plus another 1" with the adapters might be too much.
